A scientist will change their mind when presented with contradictory evidence to their theory. A politician will laugh in your face.
They’re not politicians, because they don’t have to run for election. They are probably political, though.
They indirectly get elected by the Federalist Society. At least the conservatives are.
Well we’ll know relatively soon whether they are judges or bureaucrats…
