        Cartoon is not quite accurate. The border solution was put forth by the Republicans. Dems didn’t oppose it.

        In the first frame it should be Mad Republican is the one that says “I’m mad. Here’s the solution”. In the second frame Dem says “okay, lets do your solution”. Third frame on republican with no dialog Fourth frame its the same dialog from 3rd and 4th “I don’t want my solution. I want to be mad”
