Summary

Sen. Bernie Sanders called for a Senate investigation into Elon Musk’s DOGE and urged Musk’s testimony, citing concerns over mass firings and agency dismantling.

He warned that Musk, not Trump’s cabinet, was effectively running the government. The call came as Trump clarified that cabinet secretaries—not Musk—had final decision-making authority.

Musk acknowledged DOGE’s missteps but remained involved. DOGE has faced criticism for reckless firings, affecting critical government functions.

Sanders insists Congress must hold Musk accountable for his unprecedented influence over federal operations.

Can you imagine fElon having to sit for a session as long as Hillary Clinton did? When the right had their stupid bullshit grievances over BENGHAZZZZZZZIIIII!!1111 and questioned her for 11 fucking hours over a total nothingburger?

Given what fElon has been up to, he should be getting grilled for many, many 11 hour sessions over the course of weeks/months.
