He was slightly more coherent the first time around, but he has always been like this. I always found his rambling to be generally incoherent. But people i said this to at the time didn’t see it, and i thought i was taking crazy pills.

He has always been cognitively impaired! The first time he ran for president, and now! I dont know why people dont see that.
