The kids are put on trial for “forcing” the demons to burn the church, and they have to convince their lawyer to to throw the case because he’ll be executed if he wins.

About a month or two ago, I tried to watch the tv show version of the haunted mask. The show did not age well, and the acting was pretty bad.

Yes! I believe it was the one with the haunted/cursed camera. I had a ton of fun reading them as a kid
