Don’t be homeless or I’ll give you three squares and a cot is an odd threat.

Run? He’s too old to let go on a walk alone, but if that’s the case with one – That’s the case with the other. Unless we’re having the dementia discussion.
I read that and don’t see how it’s relevant in this case. I’m simply telling the truth. Invest your tithe into a retirement account and call it a day.
No such rules in this one – your god is a lie sold to castrate and incapacitate you.
Now you’re starting to understand how money is laundered through art.
Mastodon maybe? I don’t know, never tried it
I found that fascinating and spent most of middle school doing my own reading and research on it. Although now I’m more terrified than fascinated.
You’re right. He also doubles as a teddy bear.
Close enough!
Edit for a recommendation to OP: if you plan to change the oil in the same car for the foreseeable future – get a transparent plastic pitcher and add a fill line mark for the oil on the outside with nail polish, in your case 3.7 quarts. I do this with my car and makes for a no brainier oil change.
I haven’t considered a militia. I figure a lone gunman could do a considerable amount of damage, assuming they had good timing and were a decent enough shot.
Navy SEAL Chris Kyle has 160 confirmed kills as a sniper. There are only 100 members of senate and 9 in the Supreme Court.
AI must die for us to survive.
or the one I got a temp ban at the other place for “promoting violence”: if there’s a threat to your wellbeing and you have to protect your dog, you chose the wrong dog and any harm that comes to you is your own fault.
You can have your anxiety dog, but I feel safer with my security guard dog. You’re dead because you’re dumb.
From my experience in music, drummers are always in demand
I didn’t want to edit my post again so I’m posting it here:
OP, if you’re socially anxious at those local shows and don’t know what to talk about – tell them you play drums and are looking for people to play with The quote I’m replying to is 100% accurate.
I’m not sure if there’s a music scene near you, but the best thing you can do for yourself and your kinsman is to see as many local shows as possible. If you go to enough, even if you don’t talk to anyone – you may get recognized and make friends without having to do much.
That said, if you see some reoccurring faces – those are usually the people to talk to. They seem to know everyone. Most local music scenes have a brotherhood mentality.
That’s how I integrated myself into the local scene, which provided a nice 10 year stint of touring. From my experience, music scenes tend to draw in a fair amount of neurodivergent people, so you won’t be alone.
We’re no longer a democracy, and the only way we can ever return to being one is if we elect a string of dictators who feel disinclined to push their power as far as it can go
The right to bear arms is provided to protect yourself from tyranny, both foreign and domestic. Less than 250 years ago we gave Great Britain the finger.
One thing I admire about the French is their ability to remind those in power who they should be working for, forcibly.
I got one a month ago. $200 out of pocket. I feel great. Cheapest $200 I’ve ever spent.
I can’t hear the difference between 192 and 320, but my ears are shot – the whole library is in 320 kbps because to hell with the drive space.
Now it’s time to shoot some red cabbages!
I wonder if it’s some kind of weird shadow ban.
I was feeling something similar last year. I’ve been following Maslow’s motivational model since then and things have only improved.
Truly the most sane amongst us support unfathomable death because of borderlines.
