I happened to stumble upon it too, the reviews are praising the adaptation, so I had to watch it. It’s available on crunchyroll. 2nd season have just started and is ongoing.

I started watching the Nier Automata anime last night and it got me intrigued about the game. I was planning to get the Yorha edition once it gets on sale again.
