I’d be completely cool if the they slowed down a bit and do two year release cycles.
Such good news. I hope someone can answer this either theoretically or practically as I’m not as knowledgeable in this.
One of the things I love about the steam deck is the ability to just turn it off and back on a few days later and the game is exactly where I left off. If steamOS is on a PC or another handheld deck. Would it still be possible to still have this feature? I guess my question is whether this is a software or hardware feature.
It does goes to show hardware isn’t everything. In fact it’s a pretty small factor for most if the games are fun.
OF out there making up for the gender pay gap
Completely forgot Threads was even a thing.
It’s mainly the lens size. It has a wide zoom range with a servo rocker (zoom buttons) and can par focal* (focus at one zoom range and stay the same focus when zoomed out)
Then it’s a massive battery on the back and an audio kit strapped on the side. Then sometimes streaming device to live broadcast. Then you got a shoulder pad on the bottom and a big viewfinder for daylight shooting. Strip all that away the body isn’t as big and heavy as you think. So largely all operational to be used running around without needing to stop and change gear.
Knowing Americans they would’ve rejected it if it wasn’t called military time. In fact I reckon if you guys rebranded metric system to military measurements there might be more acceptance to it.
My absolute most hated one is when signing in and using a two factor Authenticator. If you don’t use the Microsoft one. Every time you log in it “recommends” you to use their own. Fuck off.
Before anyone says go Linux. This is a work comp. I use Linux and Mac at home.
If you love driving. The feeling of an open road in front of you. You shouldn’t be hoping for more roads, but less people on the road. Support people who don’t want to drive will benefit those who do.
Not a free pass. I just know there’s a peak level of exhaustion that makes you not notice or not realise your own actions. There’s a reason there’s parents accidentally leave their baby in a hot car. Or leave their kid in the bath tub and walk off. Once you go through it you know and you have to be so careful. Luckily this person (assuming they didn’t do it on purpose) just parked badly and didn’t hurt anyone.
Luckily the worst I’ve ever done was put the milk in the pantry and cereal in the fridge
It’s a daycare so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a very tired parent
Actually would want to see more rough diamonds than polished turds. If more time was focused on the idea rather than the execution of graphics we would potentially see more unique games
The Burritans are not a fan of people using the word outside the region.
