Larger file size uploads was my main incentive.
Perhaps some gen-x’s, much like any other generation, got lucky, but the majority of us are still trudging through the shit trying to make ends meet as well. It all falls to greed. Specifically corporate greed that has created this huge gulf of disparity. It’s the same thing the farther you look back into history as well. Limited wealth and scarcity of resources will ensure that this sort of thing continues well past we are dead and gone. Cheers lol
There’s a reason why most corporations try to keep a squeaky clean appearance to the public. They’re trying to make money. It baffles me why Elon thinks public perception doesn’t apply to him or his corporations. It’s like he thinks the world is comprised of halfwit tech bros that will lap up any old bit of garbage that comes out of his mouth. Yes, freedom of speech is vital for democracy, but not everyone is required to agree with you or pay you money because you think you are right. A critical short coming of many narcissists.
Ironically, I see articles every month telling android users to uninstall a slew of shit malware apps that were on the play store. Thanks Pichai, but I’ll take my chances with more reputable sources.

Wtf, in Canada we don’t have the google express or whatever they switched to (I think). Instead lists and notes were stored within assistant using a terrible interface. So I switched to anylist and was quite happy with them. They’ve since killed integration with anylist to keep(again?). I’m sticking with anylist and have just decided to stop using assistant. There’s a nice widget I can throw on my home screen. Google seems intent on killing itself slowly and incompetently.
After 6.6 years of streaming, you will also own absolutely nothing.
Holy shit! I remember hearing things were bad a while back, but those numbers are insane. Good luck getting out of that hole.
