Either that or the lot serves a store with no demand. Either way there are no cars surrounding the truck in this photo, indicating that nobody is actually being harmed or even inconvenienced.
That guy is taking up like 50 bike parking spots.
Perhaps stores should set up a handful of “big car” parking spots at the very far end of the lot and let these losers walk.
