Summary

Former vice presidential nominee Tim Walz criticized Trump for economic chaos while taking personal responsibility for the situation during an MSNBC interview.

“We wouldn’t be in this mess if we’d have won the election — and we didn’t,” Walz told Chris Hayes. He called Trump the “worst possible business executive” and praised the Wall Street Journal’s editorial criticizing Trump’s tariff war.

Walz emphasized Democrats must offer something better, not just criticize Trump. Recently, he acknowledged a leadership void in the Democratic Party and admitted spending too much time combatting Trump’s false claims about immigrants.

For like the third time, I have absolutely no love for Biden. I didn’t vote for him, I don’t like him.

But this is just you acting like a petrol in child because you don’t like him and seemingly want to blame everything under the sun on him. If you don’t even have the wherewithal to identify that behavior in yourself then clearly you’re not a reasonable person.

Biden didn’t choose her running strategy. He didn’t tell her to use his strategy. She’s a full grown fucking adult. You have to literally be a child to believe that your own behavior isn’t your own fault. And I mean that genuinely and sincerely. You’re acting like a child.

You mean to tell me that everyone who said she couldn’t differ from him was lying?

I just want to point out, people like you are why we are where we are right now. Not being glib. Just pointing that out…

So over the next four years while Republicans endeavor to roll us back to a time when blacks weren’t allowed to drink from the same water source as whites and Democrats are too spineless to stop them, I’ll be thinking of you. Someone so grossly incompetent as to pretend that a full grown woman who decided to run for President isn’t responsible for the platform she herself decided to run on and instead choose to blame that decision and behavior on someone else singularly because she, like all vice Presidential nominees, was expected (while currently sitting) to back the President publicly as to not split the party loyalty.

She wasn’t instructed on what platform to run on. She was told she had prior obligations to the POTUS as his VP and she was reminded of that.
