I know that their “government” is highly conservative and authoritarian, but this seems like a step in the right direction. Their total C02 emissions in metric ton as per available data is way low, so considering that they aren’t even a polluter to begin with and global warming affecting them just like the rest of the world, I don’t understand why this is laughable. I don’t know if there’s something more going on than meets the eye, so I would appreciate if you could point that out.
