- Players who haven’t completed The War Within are now prevented from equipping the Necramech Summon to their Gear Wheel.

Unless I’m mistaken, you can only use a necramech after you complete the new war.
nope you can use necramech once you have operator and a necramech

i think it might be something about players who have bought a necramech with plat trying to use it before they’ve unlocked full operator capability
