At this point I think we’re just uncovering that our parents might just be racist and sexist way more than we thought growing up. Like my mom tells me she’s "not racist,’ nah she is racist she just doesn’t realize it.
It is extremely disappointing to get into a shouting match with your parents, who despite wearing the uniform vote for the fucking scum that uniform sent a whole bunch of boats on one June day to quite literally exterminate nazi tyranny.
